For those of you who don't know me ... 

I have been in the apartment industry for 2+ decades. I have worked for and consulted with some of the largest most successful private and public companies within the multi-family housing industry. I frequently speak for local, state and national apartment associations throughout the United States. My passion is to train and educate. I love meeting people within our industry, hearing of their challenges and gaining insights to their management styles, successes and failures. The apartment industry is intoxicating and has become addictive to me in a professionally positive way. I love waking each day to see what new adventure will be delivered to the rental industry door step.  

I presently am a Vice President of Marketing and Training for a large multi family housing company located in in Florida.  I am an active member of NAA, NAAEI, FAA and SEFAA.  

Formerly a school teacher, I live each day to mentor.  I am passionate about what I do, and cannot wait to inspire those around me.
